YOUR TRACKS STAY YOURS

What we keep, why, for how long, and who touches your audio — in plain words. One Button Mix is made by Paint Your Heaven LLC (Ear House Technology).

What we collect

Your account. Signing in uses your Ear House member account. From it we keep your member ID, the email, the display name and the profile photo you chose there, so the app knows who you are and where to put your work.

Your audio. The files you upload, and every result we produce from them — masters, stems, reports, blueprints — plus the engine log of each run (stages, timings, what the engine decided). That is what the Library is.

Usage. Which buttons you ran, when, how long they took and what they cost us to run, so we can support you and keep the service healthy. We run no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics scripts on this app.

How we use it

Only to make your result, keep it in your Library, run your account, and answer you when you write to us. We do not sell your data. We do not use your audio to advertise, and we do not build products out of your recordings.

Who processes your audio

Your files are stored on our own object storage (DigitalOcean, United States) and mixed, mastered, tuned and analysed on our own servers by our own engines. A few steps run on partners' machines for the seconds or minutes they take, and the audio comes straight back: Replicate (GPU hosting for our own separation and voice models), Music.AI (some stem sets, lyric transcription and analysis), OpenAI (speech transcription for podcasts and clean versions; its models also read our measurements of your mix, never the audio itself, when the mixing engine reasons about a session), and Google (the same measurements, for a second opinion). RoEx stands by as a fallback mixing engine only. Payments are handled by Stripe on the web and by the App Store or Google Play in the apps (older plans, by Wix through your Ear House member account) — we never see card numbers. Each partner processes what it receives under its own terms, only to deliver your result.

How long we keep things

Finished work stays in your Library until you archive or delete it. The raw files you upload are deleted automatically after 7 days; temporary engine files within two days. Deleting a run from the Library removes its files from our storage. Account records stay while the account exists.

Cookies

One cookie: the sign-in session, so you stay logged in. Nothing else, and nothing from advertisers.

Your choices

Download, archive or delete any run from the Library. Change your name, email or subscription in your Ear House member account. To export everything or close the account and erase it, email info@paintyourheaven.com from the address on the account; we act within 30 days.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, we say so here with a new date, and by email for anything significant. Questions: info@paintyourheaven.com.
