THE DEAL, IN PLAIN WORDS
These terms cover One Button Mix at app.onebuttonmix.com, run by Paint Your Heaven LLC (Ear House Technology). Using the service means you agree to them.

What the service is
One Button Mix turns the audio you upload into finished results — mixes, masters, stems, clean versions, reports and more — with automated engines. Every button says what it accepts, how long it typically takes and what it returns before you upload; results are produced automatically and may vary with the material.
Ownership and commercial use
You own it. You keep every right to what you upload and to everything the service makes from it. You may release, sell, license and perform the results commercially with no credit or fee to us. We claim no rights to your audio; you grant us only the permission needed to store it and process it — including through our engine partners — to make and deliver your result.
Your side of that. Upload only audio you own or are licensed to use, and only use the service for lawful purposes. Twin Mix and Twin Master extract measurements from a reference song (loudness, tone, width, dynamics, tempo, key); they never copy the reference's audio into your result. You are responsible for your own use of any reference.
Plan and billing
A plan is a subscription that grants credits every month; every button is open to every account, and only the heavier buttons draw credits (the price is shown on the button before you upload). It is billed from the day you start, at $49.99 per month, by card through Stripe on the web or through the App Store or Google Play in the apps (older plans, through your Ear House member account on Wix). Cancel any time from your subscriptions ↗; the plan stays active to the end of the period already paid. No plan carries a free trial; should one ever be offered, it is one per member and one per payment card, and a subscription started with a trial on a card that has already had one is closed without charge. Prices are in USD and may change with notice before your next renewal.
Credits
Monthly credits are granted on the first of each month for as long as the plan is active; they do not roll over and have no cash value. Credits bought separately never expire, are spent only after the month's allowance, and are not refundable once spent; an unspent purchase can be refunded within 14 days on request. The first-pack price is for a member's first purchase only. New accounts receive a small number of welcome credits once; they have no cash value. A run reserves its credits when it is submitted and spends them only when it finishes; a run that fails or is canceled gives them back. Where a button is priced by the length of the song, the final price follows the audio as measured by the engine, and the run is stopped before anything is charged if the balance cannot cover it.
The limits
The light buttons are included with any plan without a cap, and the in-house buttons are free for every account, for your own work. The technical limits are: files up to 4 GB, songs up to 240 minutes, stems up to 240 minutes and 128 per session, 30 tracks per Clean Version album. Runs process a few at a time in the order received. Automated bulk processing on behalf of others, reselling access, or anything that degrades the service for other members may be limited or ended.
Failed runs and refunds
A run that does not finish costs you nothing — its credits come back — and never counts against your plan; retry it with the same files from the run's page. If a finished result is unusable and support cannot put it right, ask within 14 days and we will refund that billing period. Otherwise subscriptions are not refunded for partial periods.
Your files
Finished work stays in your Library until you delete it. Raw uploads are deleted after 7 days. Keep your own copies of anything important: we run backups, but the service is not a permanent archive, and we may remove files from accounts that have been closed or unpaid for more than 90 days after telling you.
What we promise, and what we can't
We work hard to keep the service up and the results good, and we say plainly when something fails. Still, the service is provided as is: results are automated and we cannot guarantee any particular sound, chart position or fitness for a purpose. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it arose. Nothing here limits rights the law gives you that cannot be waived.
Accounts and ending things
Keep your login to yourself. You can stop at any time by canceling the plan; we can end accounts that break these terms. We may update these terms — when it matters we change the date above and tell you by email before it applies.
