WE ANSWER. QUICKLY.
Write to info@paintyourheaven.com with the job ID of the run you're asking about (every result page shows it, with a copy button) and we'll take it from there. Most answers below.

Email info@paintyourheaven.com. For anything about a specific run, the fastest route is the Contact support link on that run's page — it opens an email with the job ID, the button, and what happened already filled in.
A run failed or looks stuck
Every failure is explained on the run's page in plain words, with a one-press RETRY that re-runs the very same files. A run that stops reporting progress is ended by us after ten minutes and marked failed — it never sits at 35% for the night. Nothing that doesn't finish counts against your plan — reserved credits come straight back.
If the same files fail twice, email us the job ID. We look at the engine log ourselves and either fix the run or tell you exactly what in the file to change.
Limits, formats and time
WAV, AIFF, FLAC, MP3, M4A/AAC, OGG or a ZIP of them · up to 4 GB per file · songs up to 240 minutes · stems up to 240 minutes, 128 per session · 30 tracks per Clean Version album. Each button shows the accepted files, the typical time and what comes back before you upload anything.

Straight answers
- How is usage measured?
- Every plan comes with a month of usage, measured in credits (60 on the $49.99/month plan), and only the heavy buttons count: a clean version is 5 per song, a master 2. The light buttons — Separate, Chords, Beats, Tags, MIDI, Instrumental, Acapella — are included with any plan, and Analyze, Enhance, Convert, Atmos and Twin Master are free for everyone. While the month lasts you just see a usage bar; a run that doesn't finish never counts, and usage resets on the 1st.
- What happens when I use the month up?
- You can keep going, pay as you go. The button says GET CREDITS: one press buys 10 credits for $9.99 (bigger packs on your Account page), and the run you were about to start begins by itself when you're back. Purchased credits never expire and are spent only after the month's usage. Runs process a few at a time in the order they arrive, and every one lands in your Library whether or not you stay on the page.
- How long can a song be, and how big a file?
- Any song, reference or finished mix up to 240 minutes. Stems up to 240 minutes each and 128 per session. Up to 4 GB per file, 128 files per upload, and a Clean Version album can hold 30 tracks. We take WAV, AIFF, FLAC, MP3, M4A/AAC, OGG — or a ZIP of any of them.
- How long does a run take?
- Most buttons finish in a minute or two. A full One Button Mix is typically 4–7 min, a Twin Mix 6–10 min, a Clean Version 3–4 min per song. The button shows a live estimate the moment you upload, and you can leave — the result waits in your Library.
- What do you keep, and for how long?
- Finished work — masters, stems, reports — stays in your Library until you archive or delete it. The raw files you upload are deleted automatically after 7 days (that is also how long a failed run can be retried with the same files).
- Is there a free trial?
- Not a timed one — nothing to cancel, no card to start. Every account begins with 2 welcome credits, enough for a master of your own song, and every button open. Your first 10 credits are $4.99 (half price, once), after that 10 for $9.99, and they never expire. A plan starts the day you choose it at $49.99/month, with its full month of usage and the light buttons unlimited; cancel any time from the Account page and it runs to the end of the period paid.
- Who owns the result?
- You do. You keep every right to what you upload and to everything we make from it, including full commercial release. We claim nothing, and your audio is used only to produce your result — by our own engines and, for a few steps, the processing partners behind them, named on the Privacy page.
- What if a run fails?
- A run that doesn't finish is free and never counts against anything. The button tells you what happened in plain words and offers a one-press retry with the same files; if a finished result is unusable and support can't put it right, ask within 14 days and we'll refund that month.
Your files and your data
Finished work is yours to download, archive or delete from the Library — deleting a run removes its files from our storage. Raw uploads delete themselves after 7 days.
